Real Men Can Cook

like what the title says~ =p


Usually the normal human mindset would be all focused on the thinking of having the ladies be the one to be stuck in the kitchen cooking and providing all the meals for the family, or maybe even for herself, or maybe so and so..... etc we don't know =)

But a recent new trend that might be going right now, OR to say in a world where now men and women are beginning to be equal in some areas (not every)... well.... even now men are the ones doing the cooking in the kitchen, and it's more like a twist around where the men even stay back and do the housework while the women go out to work....

Don't know how life is twisting right now.... but.... erm.... well now it's no longer a rare thing to see the guy in the kitchen these days~ hey, even guys are getting pretty good at cooking too you know?? Some can be even better than girls too~~
Take Jamie Oliver for example, one of the popular male cookers in the kitchen...

But I've always thought of the name Jamie to be of a girl's name but OH WELL let's forget that~~ XD

At this time my parents were in UK for 10 days and I was left alone in the home with a perfect freedom of self satisfaction where one can do whatever he wants to do without people questioning your own authority, sort of like being your own king in your own kingdom without anyone to rule over cause of zero population.... heh heh....

either ways... I wanted to do something I've always wanted to do...

COOK

and I'm not talking about becoming the male rooster... that's a cock, but rather COOK as in the fusion of many weird ingredients together adding oil and fire to make something edible... sort of like a blacksmith but you can't eat weapons now can you?? =)

Without a single experience points in my life on the part of cooking, then that would be a dangerous act because of what my sisters have gone through in my life when they almost burned down the kitchen but also left my room filled with burned coal... urrrgh... especially since I'm home alone..

But then, you know those kinda feelings in your life that you feel that "I think I'm good at cooking!" but you would never know till you try?? Well now's the time to try =)

So.... just dig through the fridge to find out what can I find what can I find.... ahh yes...
meatballs and sausage.... it's not a shameful thing to wash it you know, especially since it's been in the freezer for too long and already totally frozen... nothing bad to be safe and clean =)
then comes the washing of the little metal bowl thing where you can cook rice in.... I think.... forgot what you call it...
then the outpouring of rice into it.... it's not really considered edible till you cook it, and that's the sad truth...
you see many things but I barely touched any of them~~
then comes the cracking of the egg, I know the normal way would be to smash the egg at the edge of the bowl then pull it apart.... but then I saw in youtube that they opened the egg by slapping it with a knife.. looks cool so I tried it~~ eh not bad~ XD

Must've been how they cracked open the eggs in the medieval times~
then stir the egg~~
chop the sausages... also saw in a youtube video when they cut the insides of it and when you fry it, the legs would open up to look like an octopus... so... why not give it a try???? XD
erm.... egg... yellow~ oh yeah XD
then head up the frying pan (I hope that's right) and another pot of oil....

and this might be weird but I seriously prepared a huge bucket of water beside.... JUST IN CASE!!! =]
put the meatballs into the oil..
just to make it look like I can cook=p
fry the sausages...

ahem =)

well the legs did open up but they had a black heart so nothing I could do about it...
scramble the egg, this is easier cause you just go like crazy and attack the egg~
almost done =)
why stir around...??? I have no idea... just thinking best to do it let everywhere be cooked, and just in case they stick to the side??? Just a thought....
huwaaahhhh!!!!

After awhile.... time to check on the rice!!
eh not bad wei!! XD

After a short while of going berserk and screaming like a mad man running naked through the field of lillies.... finally, it is finished~!!!
overall not bad gua, for a first time experience, I've impressed myself~!!!

YAHAHAHAHA!!

Either ways.... shall try again another time,wonder when parents going overseas again?? =)

But here comes the sad part.... before siting down and eating... then I've realized....

"Eh... no vegetable..."

MITF 2010 (Malaysia's International Toy Forgery)

Scamming all the way....


Never felt so con-ed in my whole life before....

MITF, which also stands for Malaysia International Toy Fair, note the words "International" so I thought it might be something big... not because they had the words Malaysia, if without the International word I wouldn't even dare step in.... so so so.... since Christopher asked me to go along with him, I thought... okaylah go also, since I haven't been taking pictures for a long long long time too, might as well bring camera long before I start to lose touch~~

Upon entering.... they go and charge you rm3 entrance fee.... oi serious case ah!?!?!?

urrrrgh... at least not rm30....

got cosplayers (quite normal) but yeah seeing the guy dressed up like a girl again is rather disturbing, one of the few hobbies that never did make it out as famous as fishing or stamp collecting....
then they had a corner for games to play all these first person shooting games... hmmm didn't know that these were in the category of toys ~

but this guy came prepared with his big water tumbler ~ so I guess he was ready to spend the whole day there, drink from it, and then fill it back on the spot XD

frame it well, take a picture, then you can print it out and stick it on your wall yourself~ XD
profit will be donated to orphan care... or so they say... but with the gory designs and worms coming out of the noses and eyes.... you wanna use these kinda things to help people ah... scare me off only la -_-

especially with the words "KILL" there.... don't la wei... orphans la... don't do this to them... just sick -_-

overall.... all a big scam la, bluff people's money, nothing interesting there, it's all too small, you rarely even seen a huge galore of toys... go call it international and con my rm3 somemore.... urrrgh... never again... go the one in Penang better -_-

Haha well this was a rather long ago photoshoot, but I guess this was one of the last ones I did, haven't been doing a shoot for nearly two months I guess... is it good is it bad I have no idea~~ either way~ been getting lots of sms from her everyday at evenings or nights saying...

"Let's go on a photoshoot now!!"

for a person like me, so last minute ah I also cannot prepare myself well leh... either way, I had one off day on the morning, so decided to do it~~

our original plan was supposily, supposed to be in Lake Gardens, but since she overslept *ahem* so we were a bit late, and the jam was starting everywhere.... so got so fed up and decided to just go nearby, Bukit Jalil park...

never did like that place....
and as usual... at the beginning of the shoot both would shyly look at each other and wonder... how to start ahh???

well as usual we had some fellow other malays there doing their own photoshoot, so just move on to another place to shoot.... starting from the Japanese hut

and this shot.... erm.... well I guess you could say I kinda failed in this shot, it came out really, really bad.... haha but just crop out the side of the face and add a black border then erm.... oh yeah? XD
this also was tricky since I did wrong in the sky.... oh well.... it's good to learn from mistakes =)

then just went back to the windmill and capture a couple more shots...



other than that.... erm.... yeah some might wonder "is that all??" and yes I have to say that was all... it was kind of a failed shoot because unprepared and stuff, too last minute and bad planning, I only have myself to blame from it~ =p

either way... hopefully will do well in the coming shoots.... thought still having some complains why haven't shoot them yet.... aiks -_-"
