Are You Wanted??

urrrgh



You know in the olden west times, when you were to appear on a signboad like this, it would naturally mean that the authorities would want you dead or alive, but to make things better, death would be a more fun alternative =)

for my case?? I think it's equally deadly to use something like this in our times now...

Ahh.... for my case of being wanted is having people all around me asking me for requests, some to help them do things, to teach things, to make life easier for them.. at beginning I guess it was okay, and now I think getting a little too much attention already, especially I find it a bad thing when after making a video and they would announce that I made the video... some might find it to be a "wow great!!" experience, but for me it's an "oh no" experience, because when you announce that, it gives them the knowledge that I can do it, meaning more requests coming in...

In a way I'm thankful for God for blessing me with so much gifts and talents, but I guess with so much power too comes a whole lot of other great responsibility... that sometimes I just feel like, going somewhere far where nobody knows about me, then can live life as a normal person =)

Sure there were people telling me to learn to say no, but sometimes I too find it hard to say no, and I have myself to blame for that issue in my life -_-"

But either way, been having some time to think about these things, and somehow I've felt, not to be bragging or anything , but because I'm talented and gifted, the more it would be quite a problem already when alot more people start to rely on me and get lazy themselves.... I mean.... I started out as the type of person who is too lazy to ask for others for help, and it'll be better off for me to do it myself that to rely on others, so I begin learning about it myself.... and in the end, not the most pro person, but still not too bad.... but I don't wanna be the type of person that people would over-rely till they themselves become lazy in the end... I mean.... what if something did happen to me one day?? Would they all go haywire and crazy?? Don't know....

But I guess... to prevent such things from happening, I decided to put myself into lecturing and teaching others, and thought it may be a pain to drag myself out of my laziness and to teach, but then again.... it's better to bless others and to help them be equipped rather than you being equipped alone and solo, so that people wouldn't only need to rely on just one person, but also having lots of other options too...

I mean, I started out forcing myself to learn, and in the end I've just realize how much more gifts and talents God has given me, and I think that as others begin to do the same thing, they might even realize for themselves that they too are also well gifted and talented, maybe more talented that me, and even more pro that me~~

Which is a good thing in fact, means lesser work for me and more lazy time for myself... ahhh =)

Aherm......

it's been long... a little too long....



you know, I've been so occupied for so long I literally forgot that I had a blog, was like something that was just erased out from my life memory all of a sudden.....

my excuse??? Don't know... but all I can think of at this moment is to blame this term, having so much things to do this term all of a sudden all piling up on me can literally break down and die leh....

One reason...
I blame Hebrew...

was supposed to be doing a diploma but not quite sure how I ended up upgrading my course to do a degree, and one of the required course requires me to learn up Hebrew.... oh of course you can get used to the alphabets, but wait until the vowels start to add into it... never felt so close to crying -_-"
then again... also comes a point of literally forcing myself to learn new things each day, at least one thing per day, even if don't learn something also find ways to make myself smarter in some ways, or to make my life more fun and creative by finding pictures and videos to keep myself entertained for no apparent reason... kinda makes life a bit more interesting though...

Speaking about life.... got a few interesting things that have happened~~ =p
starting to get into Facebook a bit, getting the hang of how it's worked around... don't know la, just find the company a little interestly enjoyable sometimes when I'm bored, managed to find back some old school friends when I was standard 6, which was around the age of 12 if you're wondering~~
saw back a lot of my new friends, some makes you laugh, some makes you cry.... but then again... I still feel proud of the way I look~ oh hohohoho~~~
then.... still haven't literally uploaded all the China pictures yet, ah darn.... then gotta blog about it too...
After the China trip I haven't been taking pictures too, got a lot of people who have been asking why no new pictures, nor have I done any photoshoots.... don't know la... just being too busy to do these things like before d, still finding time... but my apologies for rejecting some of you.... I blame the people who put me to work~~~

But yeah.... thinking of taking up lecturing, not theological things la cause I failed in those too, but to lecture a bit in photography, got a few people who are supporting, but I don't feel confident cause not pro yet, but I roughly might know how to teach base on my experience... not sure, but let me work out first la, if things go well... maybe can teach in December ~~ would you join???

Why teach?? don't know... but just finding ways now to make money on my own, not to show off my capabilities and manliness, but to just... erm.... well yeah, get some stuff =)
One thing was today in Machines I tried out the IMac, and it's literally..... crazy wei, with the huge screen and the features, I can do so much more for pictures and videos~~ XD

but won't be thinking about it now, I still am happy enough with my laptop now~~
Second thing, a Bicycle.... why?? Cycle la what else??? Since sister came back from UK already I have been stripped of my independent freedom from using the car and been pulled back to the pioneering days when there weren't automatic wheels...

I just miss cycling, so gonna buy myself a bicycle.... soon?? don't know... see budget and save money first~~ =)

Camera lens.... haih... not really a must, nor is it a huge issue, but it would be interesting don't you think?? But not on my must get list la at the moment so I can still make my way around =)
Traveling... I wanna travel more, since my experience of going overseas to China, I've begun to like traveling around places, I wanna go more places, visit more things, visit more cultures, and.... especially, go Japan... hohohohoho~~~~ but not cheap lo go overseas, so gotta save money...

Finally.... *aherm*
Shall not speak more on this, keep it a secret first~!! I shy =)
haaaaa..... finally.... gotta do something about my blog, looks very gloomy leh, look at it also can feel depressed to blog.... gotta give it, a more... erm... cheerful look?? =)

Shall look into it more, help help =)

then probably blog once a day at last to make the blog more alive since it's been dead for so long.... whew...

Fake HDR.... Makes Life Easier

Fake Stuff..... kinda makes life easier in some ways....



Ever heard of HDR before?? I think it stands for High Dynamic Range, in other ways it doesn't sound like right English at all to me... but it's kinda like a skill for photography in the Digital Age where they would capture a few shots of a certain scene, some shots darker, some shots brighter, and combine them all into one picture...

thus, having a picture where it's perfect in the exposure, from dark to bright, everywhere is set perfectly....

but the only thing I don't like about it is that it looks kinda fake.... just like a digital art that someone draws out of Photoshop....

Don't know la... I tried doing, but found it to be too much of a hassle... too mafan in another way of speaking, take few shots, then go back upload to computer then work on it, touch up here there... urrrgh.... so I ended up not liking HDR~

some do, some like this effect, and I don't see them to be any less ~ since we all have our likes and dislikes =p

But then again... sometimes it's also a good way to find a way around things to make life easier~
like for example, taking a normal picture and then making it into a HDR image instantly... without the help of other pictures.... heh heh, single exposure, and cheating all the way =p

and it takes me in maybe.... two minutes?? Then can d.... oh hohohohohoho~ XD

I wouldn't mind teaching this to others but erm... not sure how to teach online, face to face also most probably can.... gua..... see how la =p
but then again ..... still not a fan of HDR, I'd still rather just edit a picture my way =)

The Jump Shot

The jump shot... siao kiao....



Not really a fan of doing jump shots though... one thing is because a bit too much hassle capturing the right timing and stuff...??? But then again, after coming back from a camp and trying some jump shots with friends, it changed my mindset on jumping in shots~
kinda hard to jump leh with all the camera gear, take off also hard to put back on again~ =p
then again this is a really impressive shot, don't mind my pose, was enjoying doing the swan pose~ =p

but yeah... I guess photography really doesn't have any boundaries, whether the target is on the ground or in the air experiencing airtime, you can still capture a great shot~

Jump shot... hmm... I better start practicing on it =)
then again... sometimes you could also bring your jump shots to a whole new level... heh heh =p

The Value of a Name

Just a little random sharing I would like to share XD


this is just a little short portion from the sermon I preached on Sunday, which is the value of a name, and I think it sounds real cool too in some ways... heh heh

names are... erm... sort of like a must thing for every human, even animals or your car has a name (not sure why) but a name is our identity, it describes who we are, and sort of everything about us, and for some of us, we know the meaning of our names, some might be womanly, some might be victorious, and for me... it's the fountain of wisdom~ hohohohoho!!!!

then again, like it or not, a name is important, when you hear the name Obama, you would already roughly know much about that person and you know how the person is like, and that might be a problem too because if you have a bad reputation with one another, when others hear the sound of your name it would be more like "aiyo that fella ahhh..."

So what are you doing about your life today? Are you living it well with one another to make a good name for yourself? that when people hear your name they would know more of the good rather than the bad in you?? =)

Something to think about huh??
then again if you had a name like this then not sure how already la =p
