Night Photography

Night photography is never easy, but with the right settings and equipment, it can produce rather marvelous results~~ of course the most important thing would be a Tripod, and lots of patience because of waiting for the seconds for the shutter speed to capture light and stuff XD
The picture above was taken last month, but looking back on how it's taken, I know that I could do much better, so my plan was to put camera in the library and after my library duty... walk to the skybridge outside college and capture the night from a higher angle... BUT AH!!!!
Was looking and wonder why the pictures all so blur wan.... then found out.... stupid la the aircon in the library was TOO cold, that's why the filter and lens were all fogged up -_-"
I used a 5sec time, which didn't produce that much results due to the foggy lens.... tried blowing it and stuff but didn't wanna touch it in fear of damaging the lens.... so.... urrrrgh....
Tried to be a bit more adventerous in using Bulb Mode, and holding for 64 seconds to capture enough car lights.... but ahh... aiseh!! Overexposed!!! Picture all too bright!!!

But ya la this time failed d la -_-"

BUT not all hope is lost!!! After when went mamak and on the way back I was playing around with the Manual Focus and decided to try to capture the night life in a out of focus way~~
In a way I was quite impressed though 0.0"
If you're wondering... yeah those are car lights
White lights - Cars from the other lane
Orange - Brake Lights
Red - Traffic Light
Green Light??? The green light from the traffic light~~ =)
yeah well although it's nothing really impressive... but at least we keep on learning thru trials and error ~~ shall try another time with an un-fogged lens!!! I think I'm starting to like night photography a lot already~~ XD
