Hmmm.... you know I'm just staring at the screen and wondering what to type about.... but then again I just felt like I should write something... well here goes...
Joash... hmm... well never really had the chance to get to really know him well, only had a two week time together with him in BCM when he came over for the YES course, but what could I say about him?? Nothing much, but when I first saw him, the only words that I could best use to describe him would be:
"When you see him, you see God"
He's just that kinda person that... well when you look at him, you can see the character of Jesus through him, through his speech, through his actions, through the way he does things.... everything just shows a testimony of how good God is, he just brings out the character of Jesus by being a testimony to others~
But it's no surprise that the new of his departure has shocked all of us, none of us expected or felt this coming so suddenly.. and most of us would ask the question... why??
None of us would understand why did God have to take home such a wonderful friend, and none of us could even come near in understanding the mind of God... but all that we could say now is that, well... he's in a much better place now, a place of peace, where there is no more sickness, no hurt or pain, no more sadness or crying, a beautiful place of joy and laughter....
We'd all surely miss him, but... never forget about your friends, but let his testimony, let his smile, and his memories, let them dwell within your hearts forever... because sometimes the little thoughts of the past is enough to put on a smile on your face, and to remind you that... well this isn't the end, but we'll surely see each other again in heaven, and that would be for all eternity
Death isn't the end of everything, but yet he is now enjoying his new beginning with out heavenly father in heaven right now =)
You know.... it's such a wonderful thing being a Christian ain't it??? Knowing there's such a great hope that comforts us even in such painful times... but even so... do keep his family in prayers, pray that God would still remain faithful and that he would hold their hands and guide them through this painful times...
Sigh... Joash, we'll all be missing you, but don't worry... we'll see each other again VERY soon~ =]
God Bless You All...
