KLPF - Kuala Lumpur Perversion Festival

Hmmm it's back again.....

KLPF... which actually stands for Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival... used to be one of the most respected festivals that I would go to, especially when I've started out holding a camera and taking picture... because... well, just see and learn from different individuals, see if got cheaper prices on some camera stuff anot, and just... hmm... don't know... go and see la~

But this year... I think it's getting more worse already... I couldn't go on Friday and Saturday because of the E-Team I had to go, then just went after the service on Sunday to check it out... and once got there, wahlao need to register to go inside wan ahh??? It used to be free you know?? But at least I didn't have to pay for it compared to the Toy Fair (MITF), just needed to write your name, email address, phone number.... but I really hope they wouldn't contact me, I've got more than enough spam mail already in my inbox...

When I went inside, it was the usual thing of the model on stage surrounded by guys (no girls) and all the camera flash going here shooting there... couldn't care less so walked on, suddenly there was this couple in front of me... looks like in the age of 17-18 and they were french kissing in front of me... I was literally... "wah" but didn't bring my camera along if not I would've captured the beauty of it~~ now Malaysians not afraid to kiss in public d... wonder what's next~~

Well... checked the accessories and lens.... ah oh so beautiful but oh my so expensive -_-"

I guess the reason why you don't see much young people with pro camera lens is because of the finance problem, and those that have it, have rich parents or are uncles buying it with their retirement funds... sigh... why la so expensive, can literally buy a 2nd hand car already =(
Oh ya!! did you all remember the uncle from my DCIM 2010 post???

Yeah the one that was promoting the Photographic Society of Petaling Jaya... this time they had a booth right there, and he was proudly standing beside there with his camera and looking up at the ceiling.... they wanted to pass me a piece of paper but I sincerely declined...
Don't want them to end up teaching me how to take shots like these -_-"
but either way.... all's not a total lost.... there are some shops that are good, and there too are some wonderful spots like this wall with pictures on it, honestly I've learned a lot from it~ =)

I especially love those travel pictures, wish I could do that someday... yes... someday =(

Ahhhhh overall..... these kinda events are kinda degrading already la when they use girls to stand and pose where they are surrounded by guys taking pictures of them... if you open your ears to hear you could even hear guys saying

"eh that girl next!!!" =.=

Kinda reminds me of that time when they had PC Fair 2010 and 99.99% of the pictures that came back consists of girls...

Then again... I guess it does remind me that holding a DSLR helps you to meet girls easier??? There too was a guy at the event, took a picture of the girl, then walked up to her and showed her the picture he took of her... then she nodded and spoke, couldn't hear cause too far.... then he ended up giving her his contacts and asking for her number that he can send the picture to her.... honestly.... I think she couldn't even care less...because siting in the same place for the whole day and being photographed by thousands of guys... I don't think she could even care much less already -_-"

Ahhh well... either way Malaysian events are highly changing.... don't know la, ahh well just don't care much about it bah~~ =)
