Model : Celine

Recent shoot with Celine a week right after the previous Photoshoot I had =P

Well after the shoot with Celine & Jasmine, wasn't long till was invited out for another shoot, which was also a last minute decision... haha, Celine's decision for a theme was

"Back to School"

and thus she altered her own clothes, did a little bit sewing here and there... which really impressed me because it's not everyday that you know a girl now that knows how to sew~~ O.O

But yeah... the clothes she wore in this shoot was made by her own self, except the tie I guess =P

Of course to simply barge into a school and take pictures would seriously feel awkward and weird... so so so... we ended up going to a nearby dewan and take pictures...

They had a huge library though... BUT after I asked for permission I couldn't get the go-sign to go inside to take pictures, so we ended up taking pictures outside~
She was trying to look for stairs, and got really excited to see some, haha~ =P
The sky was really beautifully blue then though... which makes a perfect picture, BUT also means the extra heaty, burning sensation you feel... especially for my case in this shot when I have to lie on the ground to get a low angle and lie to myself about it to make it feel like it's a wide angle shot~ XD
Then awhile later came an interesting wind breeze~ good thing managed to capture~~

Oh ya forgot to mention that this time in an outdoor photoshoot I've tried to add in more light thus by using a fill in flash effect, still not 100% sure and perfect about those settings, but kinda impressed in how much differences a little flash can add to those pictures =)
Well after this erm.... got bored, so so so... time to change place~~ since got no other places to go in this little small dewan.. woorrrgh =P

Then Celine guided me to TTDI Park... forgot what it meant, but it looks really interesting... woo O.O
At that time it was already erm... I think 3 or 4 plus so the sun IS a little lower, in which is perfect to try shots like these where you get some interesting detail on the back of the head~ XD


I think I should be trying more shots like these more often.... but to really get that perfect moment where the sun just perfectly shines on that particular area... erm... I think it'll be pretty... erm... rare~ =]
One interesting about using a flash, along with a erm... what do you call that... some card thingy la, is that how it reflects some light from the flash onto the subject, thus making a little white dot in the eye =)

Why do people like these...?? I have no idea, they say it adds more drama and gives the picture a more dramatic feel... but I donno, just looks cool I guess~ =P
And this shot.. erm no we didn't wait till evening, it was still really hot then, was trying out something new but ended out to become an accidental shot of really fast shutter speed along with some light from the flash, making it look erm.... like a sundown shot??

Then she took out a cap, wahseh~ like Doraemon only her bag~ XD
Grass.... it was just cut so... sticks to the body~Looked at the pond and saw these two turtles, one upon the other~~ =)

But cause I don't have a zoom lens so have to only take picture and crop, but I tried climbing over the fence and wanted to go near to take some pictures, but as I got near both of them suddenly disappeared into the water... grrr...
Not a bad bridge, but under it we found a dead turtle and a dead fish.... yuck....

Awhile more and we were done, was kinda annoyed because there was a photographer there that was there taking this couple, and was literally screaming here and there, yoh.... don't stand so far la then~!! =.=


BUT either way, he was using a 70-200 f2.8 IS USM, and I looked into his bag (don't ask how) and found that he had a 24-70 f2.8 lens... yeer~ envy =PHaha well we HAD to find something that makes it look school-ish~ =)

Then done with TTDI park, there's still lots to walk there though, but we didn't cover everything because well we both were already hungry, so went to nearby.... 1U for dinner~~

And I'm sure this shape of the cloud is a rather familiar shot to many others because well... I've noticed lots of people who took shots like these =P

But yeah this was taken after dinner when we went to the top of 1U there, with the little small playground~~

This wasn't intended too though... forgot to on the flash so everything came out a bit underexposed, but just tweaked it here and there in photoshot to make it darker ~~ =P

Then we found stairs again, and she got excited~ XD

It's not always that you find a girl that gets excited about stairs~ XD

Then we went outside on the ground floor, kinda nearby 1U's rainforest, they had a rather HUGE fan there that can blow your hair here and there, even blowed me till I couldn't stand straight =P

And Celine pointed out to this particular picture in the middle... she said it's by her... I was like "Har?" really ahhh...

Really makes one wonder how long has 1U been here already~~~

But yeah that kinda concludes this time's little photoshoot, as over 100+ shots was taken, only 5 was chosen to be deleted by Celine, in which I think is a great improvement O.O

But which pictures came out that really stood out from the crowd~??? =P
First was this shot =)

Somehow the flash from the light made a nice area covered on the left park, gave a bit of shadows in the right part, but I think everything is perfectly exposed, love especially how the eyes are like =P
Another one was with the sun shining down, didn't use a flash... mainly this picture wasn't even edited too...

Not sure why but the sun flares made it look like a sort of like a soft-focus feel~ I don't know... haha but this picture really works for me =)

But yeah... overall it was a good day, a little sunny but yet again there's no doubt at times like these is where you'll get the best light

Also an interesting thing working with her since she already knows how to pose and that kinda makes things easier for me, haha too pro d la she, but I guess this is how it feels working with a professional~~ o.o

But yeah really enjoyed working together with her, one interesting thing is after I've posted her pictures on facebook I've got 7 people asking me to take pictures of them and they would pay me, wow... O.O

Kinda stunned but I think I've got my first job offer already =P
