BCM Concert

Whew what a night it was.... XD



BCM's 50th Anniversary celebration, here came the first main event we had which was the concert, held in Glad Tidings~~

and as usual... they would plan out these things, and ending up asking us to do all the other work... so... urrrgh....

My duty that night?? Take pictures... I guess other than that I'm not really of much use other than being used in this area o.o

It's a night where we would come together, and enjoy the concert of people performing and singing.... not too sure how to describe all of them, but shall do my best to summarize this long long night... finish this fast so can jump on bed and take my afternoon nap =)

the MC's of the night was Ps. Gwen and Liang, whom would be one of the singers
And in which he is very good at getting the crowd's attention, not to mention that he seems to really like it too~
then we started out with the BCM video....

That reminds me... gotta start on the official 50th anniversary video soon too... sharks...

it was a full house... which to me was very very and really shocking O.O
Not sure why, but they had our own BCM students to lead the worship that night~




not to say it was a bad thing, it was awesome =)

Worship was great, the music was fantastic~~~ but that was just the opening and just two songs so not syok enough -_-

then we had these little dancers coming on stage
not too sure what kinda dance this was, but it's nice~ =)

But she is really good at controlling the crowd, it's rarely you can see people asking others to stand up and dance... and the crowd would be so willing to do it..
Even Teresa Kok was into it too, so it's good =)
But yeah everyone's faces showed that they had fun eventhough they didn't express it on their faces
Next one was Patrick Leong, if you ever wonder how crazily high a guy's voice range can go... you should listen to him, and take off your glasses too just in case they crack and the pieces fly into your eye~

Now I think the order of pictures are out already... hm.... ah well~~
Then we had Ps. Julie to conduct the offering service, but it ended up being a really fun and entertaining moment =)
then then then then... there was a whole bunch of mixtures of people young and old
coming together to sing as a choir... and it was great =)

But when they started to sing a song called Elijah Rock it felt weird to me... O.O
Then ahhhh.... hip hop dancing bunch of youths dancing to Kirk Franklin's song Awesome God~ they were awesome
you could really see that they were into it and enjoying themselves too~

then erm... sorry I forgot your name also =P
he only did one song... I wanted to hear more of him because he's just so awesome~ and his songs sound great too =)

and he also has the voice to make girls lum =P
honestly?? He kinda reminds me of the comedian Russell Peters too ~ XD
BMC......... =.=

After that we had Juwita Suwito but then my legs were tired from all the running around that I decided to sit and use Andrew's camera to zoom in from afar, still waiting for his batch of pictures to arrive though...
Lastly, we had Liang to sing, and the crowd was very responsive, that was good =)

and for the grand finale... well we then had all of the singers and performers to come on stage...

and end with the song "How Great Thou Art"



the drummer was being covered so much... so pity leh =(

So I walked to the back and took a picture of him~~

then that concluded the concert night~~
"huh!?"

Ps. Wendy then went to thank the rest for their hard work~~

to many it's over and you can sao gong and go home... but the ending is the beginning of fun instead for us =)

When going out... then had to put on the flash d~~

But...
WHOOPS!!! Wrong settings!! XD

On the front seats we stuck the papers written "Reserved" for the VIP's... then the ushers took it off and had fun with it~~

well overall, fun night, a bit tired and drained out of all the action, I even woke up the following day and my legs were pain like mad, couldn't even walk straight -_-"

But we all had fun =)

Looking forward to BCM Open Day then in May 28th, hope to see all of you there ~~ =)
