Pata Pata Pata Pon!!

The sound that has been running through my brain the whole time for the past few days... started playing this game earlier but only recently I've begun to get more into it... Now, I'm totally hooked on it -_-"

How can a game of four beats be so addictive????
I guess mainly because this is a strategy based game that goes about on rhythm and timing and beat and tactics... that's why I love it =)

Each beat does a different move, from attacking to defending, to retreating and charging, and to even summon a miracle spell to aid in the fight ~~ the game itself isn't all that great
But what made this game awesome was the little patapons, little one eye things which are warriors that you control, but just by having one eye, they have so many characteristics and emotions!!! And it's more interesting to see them fighting than focusing on the battle ahead of you~~
The storyline is okok, but the boss fights are epic~~ =)

But this isn't the type of game where you can go to your friends and show off saying

"Hey watch me play!!!"

Because with a little distraction, you'll lose the beat, ending up being trashed by the enemy in the end... I find it much easier to do a combo fever by playing alone in the room at night with the earphones on and the music slightly louder, helps me with the beat alot more... not to say that the beat is hard, it's just hard to keep a constant perfect beat... whew o.o

But as you get deeper in the game, you can create new patapons, different colors, each having different specialty and stuff... and that's when the game gets better =)

overall... I love this game =)

I have part 2 with me, but shall not touch it yet till I finish part 1~~
Hmmm bear brick model of Patapon... haha it's famous I guess...
But... man... a Patapon limited edition PSP set...??

Why don't we see such things in Malaysia huh!?!?! =.=
