Butterfly Farm

a little weird, rushing visit to Butterfly farm...


it's odd that you would see me in such a place since bugs aren't my passion, neither are butterflies, but since there have been a massive amount of complains or part-compliments about that place saying that it's nice, it's interesting, the butterflies are friendly and they would stop on your finger like those super tamed animals...

so... why not give it a try?? =)

company this time was Edryanne...

if you have a MyCard, then it'll be RM8 for entry... if you bring a camera, extra RM1... tripod also they will charge.. ki siao... -_-"
anyways... when you enter thru the chained doors... then you'd notice butterflies flying all around... makes one go "wowww" at the first sight... this butterfly just stood there to be shot~
in other ways they don't really care so they could even climb onto ur hand without complaining~~
you can see green all over the place, plants and trees all over... but....

interesting fact since I think they don't trust themselves too =)
when I was editing the pictures for these pictures... somehow I felt that.... hmmm.... too much color leh butterfly park, it's not colorful or something, but I feel that the colors came out too beautiful and rich... so it a way it was too much...

So I tried something new, which was to remove much color... whew... big move though, but it was something interesting~~ I think..

then where you can find those hibiscus... you can also find those butterflies sucking them, with their little sucker thingy

then found this bigger caterpillar....... hmmm... now this one looks like butterfly material =)
these kinda things also makes you wonder how they get abused since they fly all over the place...??

this one was the most unique one because it was bloody red, had too much red wine?? =)
mainly we both just went our ways, take whatever we can see~~
but for her, she caughty a little butterfly on her leg =)
and for this guy??? Well he was standing there posing himself for no particular reason.... only thing was I found this little guy hiding on his back the whole time =)

this one... i just used the camera's pop-up flash.. it's kinda interesting how it can be used sometimes in areas like these =)

maybe lesser colors ain't half bad...
then there was a very.... VERY VERY weird section when they had.. frogs?? -_-"
this here... they call it soft shell turtle... makes sense.... -_-

Butterfly farm yet they have such things.... kinda reminds me of that time I saw bugs in Aquaria... maybe they both work together???

not long later when we found a place to rest because it was hot and stuffy.... (not the feeling u'd usually get in a place filled with green)

then suddenly out came a little snail~~


this butterfly??? Well I thought it was resting...
but after poke poke poke...
confirm die d =)
but either way it still could be useful...
just put it on the hand...

then you can lie to others in saying that it's such a tame butterfly, must be what everyone else does when they come here.. use the dead butterflies as their model... no wonder la -_-
but after playing... then we just put it on the leaves....

then we took the dead body... and ended up putting it on the water.. looks like a proper way to die ~~
but then came the fishes.... aiks.... hahah ermm.....

My thinking about Butterfly farm... well it's nice at first, u'll be impressed with the amount of butterflies in the place, and go wow when you see so much of them, but after awhile you'll get bored and wonder why they all just look the same -_-"

Some butterflies are beautiful but when you wanna get near them then they'll just fly away, so you'll be needing a zoom lens, then for those who don't move.... well you need a macro lens to capture the close in detail, I lack both of them... but... oh well just make most of what I already have =)

Annoying part is when the butterflies fly around randomly and crash into you.... oi!!!

oh well, best way is to go try it out yourself =)
